2025 LA Invitational - Best of Class
For those who seek a delicate white wine, the 2023 White Dragon is a delight to drink! Aromatically the wine shimmers with lime oils, bright pineapple, soft lily, and confectioner sugar. Over time the wine becomes a more vibrant and playful wine with hints of green apple candy and a palate that tickles like a light spritz. The finish of the wine rounds out with a nice nostalgia of freshly baked white bread and shortbread cookie. From a pairing perspective, this would be lovely with crudo, crab cakes, or mixed grilled veggies.

Winemaker Notes
First, why the White Dragon name? Well, the winery for years has had a dragon theme with some of the
wines, and the staff asked for a third, and I said it should be a white wine as the other two are reds, and
voila, White Dragon. (We spent more time on the name than it looks!)
The goal was a wine that would hit the sweet spot for warm summer days: low alcohol, refreshing and
light. Something you wouldn’t want to stop drinking out on your porch, by the pool or at your favorite cafe!
The wine echoes the famous white blends of the Rhone, with a nose of dazzling stone fruit, citrus and
